Job Description
Are you passionate about the latest technology and have a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a diligent and tech-savvy Secret Shopper to evaluate the in-store experience at various tech retailers, including our own and competitors, in the Fairbanks area. This role is crucial for gathering insights into customer service, product availability, store presentation, and the overall shopping journey, with a specific focus on emerging gadgets and electronics. You’ll help us understand customer perspectives and identify areas for improvement to ensure an unparalleled retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated tech retail stores, adhering to specific scenarios and objectives.
- Evaluate customer service interactions, product knowledge of staff, and sales techniques.
- Assess store cleanliness, organization, product display, and promotional execution, particularly for new gadgets.
- Identify and report on the availability and presentation of the latest consumer electronics and smart devices.
- Provide objective and detailed written reports, including observations, ratings, and feedback, within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
