We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable Theme Park Mascot Handlers to join our vibrant entertainment team in Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll work closely with our beloved costumed characters, ensuring their safety, comfort, and successful interaction with visitors. Key Responsibilities

  • Escort costumed characters safely and efficiently through the theme park, ensuring smooth transitions between locations.
  • Act as a 'spotter' and guide for characters, providing directional cues and assisting with guest interactions.
  • Manage crowd control and maintain a safe perimeter around characters, especially during photo opportunities and parades.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, enhancing their character experience.
  • Assist characters with costume adjustments, hydration, and break management.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members, entertainment staff, and park operations.
  • Uphold the park's safety and operational standards at all times.
  • Embody the spirit of fun and hospitality, contributing to a positive park atmosphere.
