Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Virtual Evolutionary Coach with a strong focus on Personal Growth to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential through personalized coaching sessions, helping them to navigate career transitions, enhance leadership skills, improve personal well-being, and foster meaningful life changes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with members, focusing on their personal growth and development goals.
- Develop customized coaching plans based on individual needs, aspirations, and challenges.
- Utilize BetterUp's proprietary platform to track member progress, document insights, and manage scheduling.
- Provide constructive feedback, accountability, and encouragement to support members in achieving their objectives.
- Stay current with best practices in coaching, personal development, and relevant industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by BetterUp.
- Collaborate with BetterUp's team to ensure a consistent and high-quality coaching experience for all members.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all coaching interactions.
Required Skills
- Certified coach (e.g., ICF, EMCC, or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional coaching experience, with a focus on personal growth, leadership, or career development.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and behavioral change methodologies.
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools and comfort with technology.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a caseload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients from various industries and backgrounds.
- Familiarity with positive psychology, mindfulness, or neuroscience principles.
- Previous experience with virtual coaching platforms or remote work environments.
