Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic Personal Assistant to support active stay-at-home parents within our discerning client network. This unique part-time role is designed for individuals who understand the intricate balance of family life and possess exceptional administrative and organizational skills. You will provide comprehensive support, managing a variety of personal and household tasks to free up our clients’ valuable time. The ideal candidate will be discreet, reliable, and able to anticipate needs, contributing to a smoother and more enjoyable family environment. This position offers a flexible schedule, perfect for someone looking to re-enter the workforce or supplement their income while maintaining their own family commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage household schedules and appointments, including doctor's visits, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate family travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with household administration, such as bill paying, mail management, and vendor coordination (e.g., plumbers, cleaners).
- Organize and maintain household records, documents, and digital files.
- Research and procure goods and services as needed, including gifts, specific products, and service providers.
- Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
- Plan and organize family events, parties, and social gatherings.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Provide light administrative support as required, such as email management or calendar organization.
