Job Description

Pret A Manger is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Quick Service Team Lead (Trainee) to join our vibrant team in Canary Wharf. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Support the management team in supervising staff and ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Help train new team members on Pret A Manger standards and service protocols.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as directed.
