Job Description
Join HSS Hire for an exciting summer season gig! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to provide essential BBQ assembly and cleaning services for our clients in Bath and the surrounding areas. This is a temporary, on-site role perfect for those looking for hands-on work, flexible hours, and a chance to be part of a dynamic team during the busy summer months. You will be responsible for ensuring our BBQ equipment is perfectly prepared for hire and thoroughly cleaned upon return, ready for the next customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble various types and sizes of BBQ grills and related equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform pre-hire checks to ensure all BBQ equipment is in excellent working order and safe for use.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise BBQ grills, grates, and accessories upon return from hire.
- Identify and report any damaged or faulty equipment, assisting with minor repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently, often working as part of a team.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, offering basic operational guidance when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong practical aptitude and ability to follow assembly instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail for thorough cleaning and inspection.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
