Job Description

Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities? Google is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team, focusing on identifying and engaging top-tier talent for various Google teams. This is a fully remote, home-based position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Sunderland or the wider Tyne and Wear region. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, building robust talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, internal databases, networking, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles within Google
  • Maintain and update candidate records and activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy and detail
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across diverse Google teams
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing plans
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional interaction
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence within the technology industry

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative or research-oriented role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using online research tools and professional networking platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing or talent acquisition role, ideally within the technology sector
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Understanding of Google's products, services, and corporate culture
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
