Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for client transportation, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Provide polite, professional, and discreet service to all passengers, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of assigned vehicles, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedule changes, delays, or issues.
• Complete all required paperwork and logs accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and customer service.
• Participate actively in all provided safety and operational training programs.
• Represent Enterprise Rent-A-Car with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.
