Job Description
Join Leslie’s Pool Supplies as a seasonal Pool Maintenance Helper! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable skills in the pool service industry. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re equipped to assist our experienced technicians with routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and minor equipment checks. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, are reliable, and eager to learn a trade. The role is seasonal, typically running from spring through late fall, with potential for future seasonal rehire.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with routine pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming.
- Learn to test and balance pool water chemistry under supervision.
- Help in performing minor equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.
- Transport tools, equipment, and supplies to and from client sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the service center.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor labor or general maintenance is a plus, but not required.
