Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Energy Sector Logistics Assistant to join our remote team. This role will be crucial in supporting the logistical operations within our energy projects, focusing on remote coordination, data management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various data points, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, and contributing to the efficient flow of materials and services across our distributed energy infrastructure. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive remote administrative support to the logistics and supply chain teams.
  • Assist in tracking and managing inventory, equipment, and material movements for energy projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to logistics operations, ensuring data integrity.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
  • Support the resolution of logistical issues, discrepancies, and delays through proactive communication.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other logistical documentation efficiently.
  • Utilize various software platforms and tools for logistics planning and execution.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
