Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Pinterest Customer Liaison to provide exceptional written support to Pinterest users. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for users seeking assistance with their Pinterest accounts, helping them navigate platform features, resolve technical issues, and understand community guidelines, all through written communication channels. This role demands strong empathetic communication, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests via email, chat, and other written communication platforms promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose and resolve user issues related to account access, content management, platform features, and policy violations.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding Pinterest functionalities and best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective problem-solving.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest platform changes, new features, and policy updates.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Proven ability to provide clear, concise, and empathetic support.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a written-only customer support role, preferably for a tech or social media platform.
- Familiarity with Pinterest as a user or administrator.
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar support tools.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
