Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and manifests.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient freight movement.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to clients and resolving any transit issues.
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records within our logistics systems.
- Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Learn and adhere to international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
