Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently handle, sort, load, and unload packages of varying sizes and weights.
- Operate equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed (training provided).
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your assigned work area and the facility.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other general warehouse or operational duties as assigned to support logistics flow.
Required Skills
- Ability to consistently lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- No degree required – we value attitude and aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical labor role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license (for roles that may involve moving vehicles on premises).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
