Job Description
As a FedEx Ground Feedback Assistant with an exclusive focus on remote opinion gathering, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service quality and customer satisfaction. This fully remote position involves collecting, categorizing, and summarizing feedback related to FedEx Ground services, primarily through online surveys, interviews, and direct communication channels. You will contribute insights that directly influence operational improvements and customer experience strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote surveys and interviews to gather opinions and feedback regarding FedEx Ground services.
