Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive WFH Netflix Coordinator with a strong focus on event and logistics management to join our dynamic remote team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from your home office. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution and meticulous logistical coordination. You will be a crucial point of contact for vendor management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and resource allocation, all while maintaining Netflix’s high standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, venue booking (for any rare in-person components), catering, and technical setup.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met efficiently and within budget.
- Handle participant registration, communication, and support before, during, and after events.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, presentations, and post-event summaries.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for event attendees and speakers as required.
- Maintain accurate records of event budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Provide administrative support to the events and logistics team, including calendar management and correspondence.
- Proactively identify potential logistical issues and implement solutions to ensure seamless event execution.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in the entertainment or media industry.
- Familiarity with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Experience with international event coordination and diverse cultural considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets effectively.
