Job Description

We are seeking highly professional and experienced Limo Drivers to join the Sandals Grenada Resort & Spa team for the upcoming holiday peak season. As a Holiday Peak Limo Driver, you will be crucial in delivering our brand’s promise of luxury and exceptional service, providing safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for our esteemed guests to and from the resort, airport, and various island attractions across Grenada. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity with eligibility for performance-based bonuses during our busiest periods. Ideal candidates will possess an impeccable driving record, superior guest service skills, and a thorough knowledge of Grenada’s roads and hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate luxury sedans and SUVs safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws and Sandals' safety protocols.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized door-to-door service for resort guests, including airport transfers, inter-resort transfers, and private excursions.
• Assist guests with luggage, provide information about the resort and Grenada, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the assigned vehicle to Sandals' high standards before, during, and after each shift.
• Adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, managing unforeseen delays with professionalism and effective communication with dispatch and guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with a proactive and service-oriented approach, upholding the Sandals brand reputation.
• Complete daily logs, vehicle inspection reports, and any necessary administrative tasks accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Sandals' luxury brand image at all times.

Required Skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 5 years).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury transportation, hospitality, or chauffeur services.
• Excellent knowledge of St. George's and Grenada's road network, tourist attractions, and key resort locations.
• Superior guest service and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season, adapting to resort operational needs.
• Punctuality, reliability, and an immaculate professional appearance.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with guests.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Knowledge of multiple languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) to better assist diverse international clientele.
• Familiarity with luxury vehicle models and guest service technology.
