Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and eager to start a rewarding career as a Nail Technician? Nail Envy Plymouth is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Nail Technician Trainee. This is a unique opportunity to receive comprehensive, hands-on training from experienced professionals, along with a full professional kit, to kickstart your journey in the nail industry. No prior experience is necessary – just a desire to learn and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Learn and master various nail techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, and nail art.
- Shadow experienced nail technicians to observe best practices, client interaction, and salon operations.
- Assist with salon upkeep, sanitation, and organization to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Develop excellent client communication skills, including consultation and aftercare advice.
- Practice new techniques diligently to build speed, precision, and artistry.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the salon.
- Gradually take on supervised client appointments as skills develop.
