Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with their orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Operate the till and handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the shop, including the kitchen, service counters, and dining area.
- Assist with stock rotation, monitoring inventory levels, and receiving deliveries.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
- Help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.

Preferred Qualifications
