Job Description
Join the UPS team as a Delivery Helper! This temporary position is perfect for individuals looking for “ride-along jobs no license” opportunities and offers an excellent way to gain experience with a global logistics leader. As a Delivery Helper, you will assist UPS drivers with the pickup and delivery of packages, ensuring efficient and timely service to our customers. This role requires physical stamina, a strong commitment to safety, and excellent teamwork. No prior experience is necessary, and you won’t need a driver’s license for this specific helper role as you’ll be riding along with a licensed driver. Key Responsibilities
- Assist UPS drivers with package delivery and pickup in various neighborhoods.
- Learn and follow UPS safety methods and policies.
- Sort and organize packages in the delivery vehicle for efficient route management.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily delivery goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak season.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role.
- Familiarity with local geography in New Port Richey and surrounding areas.
