Job Description

In this dynamic local role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality waterless car valeting services to our diverse client base across Geelong and surrounding areas. This is a field-based position requiring you to travel to customer locations, providing unparalleled convenience and a superior car care experience. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive waterless car valeting and detailing services on a variety of vehicles at customer locations.
- Utilize specialized waterless and eco-friendly products and techniques to achieve pristine results.
- Manage daily appointments and maintain an organized work schedule.
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle in excellent working condition.
- Accurately complete service records and process payments.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Identify and report any additional service opportunities or vehicle concerns to customers.
Required Skills
- Minimum 12 months of experience in car detailing, valeting, or a related automotive service role.
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle aesthetics.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
- Basic knowledge of automotive care products and their application.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with waterless or eco-friendly car care methods.
- Certifications in automotive detailing or paint correction.
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Familiarity with the Geelong area and its road network.
- Ability to up-sell services effectively and professionally.
