Job Description

As a Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and support for their banking needs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via in-person interactions, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Assist clients with various banking transactions, account inquiries, and service requests.
- Educate clients on Bank of America products and services that align with their financial goals.
- Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently and accurately, escalating complex situations when necessary.
- Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy when handling client information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the overall client experience.
