Job Description

Teleperformance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Teleperformance Ad Traffic Coordinator with a strong marketing focus to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the specified region. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in the successful execution and delivery of our advertising campaigns, ensuring all assets are trafficked correctly and on schedule across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and media teams to manage the flow of advertising materials, maintain schedules, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your ability to meticulously track and coordinate ad creative will directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the trafficking of digital ad assets across various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, programmatic DSPs).
  • Ensure all ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking elements are correctly implemented and live according to campaign schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams, external agencies, and creative departments to gather necessary assets and approvals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify potential trafficking issues, escalating and resolving them promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all ad placements, campaign details, and delivery schedules.
  • Implement quality assurance checks on all trafficked ads to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports on ad delivery status and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in ad platform requirements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1.5 years (18 months) of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with ad serving technologies (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for ad tag implementation.
  • Previous experience working in a fully remote team environment.
  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms.
