Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems.
- Participate actively in a comprehensive paid mentorship program, learning from experienced technical advisors.

- Adhere to Apple's service standards and protocols to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for technology and a strong interest in Apple products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to learn new information and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Some prior customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.).
