Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Digital Banking Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our app users, providing exceptional support, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through our digital banking platform. This is a crucial role for ensuring our customers have a positive and efficient experience with our cutting-edge mobile and web applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical and customer support to digital banking app users via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist users with account inquiries, transaction issues, and general navigation within the banking application.
  • Troubleshoot common technical problems related to app functionality, login, and connectivity.
  • Educate customers on various features and benefits of the digital banking platform.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with new app features, product updates, and digital banking best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
