Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate IV Hydration Clinic Aide to join our thriving team in Portland, OR. This role is crucial in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for clients receiving IV drip therapy and other wellness services. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in health and wellness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. This is a stable, full-time position offering an opportunity to grow within the rapidly expanding wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for IV drip therapy and other wellness services.
- Assist nurses and other practitioners with patient intake, vitals, and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and organized.
- Perform clinic opening and closing duties, including sanitization and equipment maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle light administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and updating client records.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care under the guidance of a supervising practitioner.

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and sterile techniques.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, spa, or wellness clinic.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or EMT.
- Knowledge of IV hydration therapy and its benefits.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
