Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Google Sales Support professional with a strong focus on lead management. This fully remote role supports our sales teams by ensuring a smooth and efficient lead-to-opportunity process for Google products and services. You will be instrumental in qualifying, nurturing, and tracking leads, collaborating closely with sales representatives to optimize conversion rates and drive business growth. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing channels for Google products.
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Google tools) to accurately track, update, and report on lead status and progression.
- Conduct initial outreach to leads via email and phone to assess their needs and fit for Google solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assign qualified leads and ensure a seamless handover process.
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in lead management and sales support workflows.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Google's product offerings and sales methodologies.
- Generate regular reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations in all lead management activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with Google advertising products (Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform).
- Understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification processes.
- Previous experience in a remote work setting.
