Job Description
As a Netflix Brand Ambassador specializing in Digital Outreach, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand presence and engagement within the digital landscape. This dynamic role is crucial for expanding our reach, fostering community, and connecting with new audiences through innovative digital strategies. You will be responsible for representing Netflix authentically, driving excitement for our content, and cultivating meaningful relationships online. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative digital outreach campaigns across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit).
- Engage directly with online communities, influencers, and potential new subscribers to build brand loyalty and generate positive sentiment.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Create compelling, brand-aligned content (text, image, short video) for digital channels that resonates with target audiences.
- Act as a passionate advocate for Netflix, sharing updates, promotions, and new content releases.
- Gather feedback from the online community and provide actionable insights to internal marketing and content teams.
- Track and report on the performance of digital outreach initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and success.
- Participate in virtual and occasional in-person events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or brand ambassador roles.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to engage and persuade.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital content and campaigns.
- Ability to analyze social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
