Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Remote UPS Media Analyst with a strong focus on Content Strategy. This individual will be instrumental in analyzing the performance of our media campaigns and content across various digital platforms. You will dive deep into data, extracting actionable insights that inform and optimize our content creation, distribution, and overall media strategy for key initiatives. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility while collaborating with a dynamic global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze media performance data across paid, owned, and earned channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key content performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Provide strategic recommendations for content optimization based on data insights, aligning with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor competitive media and content landscape, identifying emerging trends and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, media buyers, and marketing teams to ensure data-driven decisions are integrated into content strategy and execution.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to validate hypotheses and refine content effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain media analytics tools and platforms.
- Present findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in media analysis, content strategy, or digital marketing analytics.
- Proficiency with major analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media insights tools).
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and digital media landscape.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
