Job Description

Robert Half is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant team in Springdale. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and screen potential candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, databases).
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Develop and post compelling job advertisements.
- Assist senior recruiters with administrative tasks and interview scheduling.
- Manage candidate communication, providing timely feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
