Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Aide to join our healthcare team in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our medical and dental services by providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments and staff members. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and updating patient information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Support various medical and dental departments with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and external partners.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
