Job Description
Are you passionate about smart home technology and eager to kick-start your career in retail and customer service? Currys plc is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Google Home Advisor Trainee. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training to develop you into an expert on Google Home products and services. You’ll be the go-to person for customers seeking advice on setting up, using, and troubleshooting their smart home devices, helping them integrate technology seamlessly into their daily lives. No prior experience is required – just a willingness to learn, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for tech!
Key Responsibilities
- Complete an intensive training program on Google Home products, features, and troubleshooting.
- Engage with customers in-store to understand their smart home needs and recommend appropriate Google Home solutions.
- Provide clear, concise, and friendly advice on product setup, usage, and compatibility.
- Demonstrate Google Home products effectively to showcase their capabilities.
- Assist customers with basic technical support and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining an organised and appealing smart home display area.
- Stay up-to-date with new Google Home product releases and updates.
