Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pinterest Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Pinterest users, providing comprehensive assistance exclusively through written communication channels (email, chat, ticketing systems). You will resolve user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on Pinterest features and policies, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience. This is a 100% remote position, requiring strong written communication skills and a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, empathetic, and efficient written support to Pinterest users regarding a wide range of issues, including account management, technical troubleshooting, content guidelines, and feature usage.
- Respond to user inquiries promptly and accurately via email and other written communication tools, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
- Investigate and resolve complex user issues, escalating to specialized teams when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Educate users on Pinterest's best practices, policies, and features to enhance their platform experience.
- Document all user interactions and resolutions clearly and concisely in our internal systems.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest's product changes, policies, and support tools.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support processes.
- Identify trends in user feedback and report insights to help improve Pinterest's products and services.
Required Skills
