Job Description
First Student is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Professional Sedan Aide. This vital role involves providing safe and friendly transportation for students using sedans, primarily during school hours. If you are a responsible driver with a clean record, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a difference in students’ daily lives, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, fueled, and well-maintained company sedan.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, and dispatch regarding schedules and any issues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers during transport.
- Adhere to strict pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical problems immediately.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patience and a compassionate demeanor when working with children.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.

Preferred Qualifications
