Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Records Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining critical company records with impeccable precision. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date records management system.
- Perform regular audits of records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Scan, index, and archive documents into digital databases.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and security.
- Assist with data entry tasks and ensure data accuracy across various platforms.
- Respond to internal requests for document retrieval and information.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper recordkeeping practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry and records management.
