Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Support professional to join our team in Colorado Springs. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth daily operations of our office, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment for both our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a consistent Monday to Friday role with no scheduled overtime, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Ensure office common areas are tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support event coordination for internal meetings or company functions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
