Job Description

Care.com is seeking a dedicated Remote Assistant to support busy families with their daily and weekly organizational needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others, managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and providing administrative support from the comfort of their home. You will be an essential part of keeping families running smoothly, handling diverse tasks from scheduling appointments to online research and light project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize family calendars, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate and schedule various services for the family (e.g., home maintenance, tutoring, extracurricular activities).
- Conduct online research for family-related needs, such as travel planning, product comparisons, or local service providers.
- Assist with virtual administrative tasks, including email management, document organization, and basic data entry.
- Help with light project management for family initiatives or household projects.
- Communicate effectively with family members to understand their evolving needs and priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding family information.
- Proactively identify areas where support can be provided to streamline family operations.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
