Job Description
We are seeking an exquisite VIP Lounge Host to join our team for high-end events in Winchester. As a VIP Lounge Host, you will be the face of our exclusive event spaces, responsible for delivering an impeccable level of service to our discerning clientele. This role demands a polished professional with an acute eye for detail, a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, and the ability to maintain a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. You will work within prestigious settings, ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless and reflects the luxury standards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. This is a part-time position with top hourly rates for individuals who thrive in dynamic, upscale environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting and discreetly seating VIP guests upon arrival in designated lounge areas.
- Anticipating guest needs and proactively providing assistance, information, and personalized service.
- Ensuring the lounge area is always impeccably clean, tidy, and perfectly set for service.
- Managing guest inquiries, special requests, and any service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with event management, culinary, and security teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information and high-profile events.
- Assisting with light service duties such as offering beverages and canapés where required.
- Adhering to all company policies, safety standards, and service protocols.
