Job Description

A busy family in Visalia, affiliated with Kaweah Health, is seeking a dedicated Mother’s Helper for morning shifts. We are looking for a proactive individual who can provide valuable support to the mother with daily routines, light childcare assistance, and household tasks, ensuring a smooth and positive start to each day. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with morning routines, including helping children get ready for school/daycare.
- Prepare light breakfasts and snacks for children, as well as tidying up afterwards.
- Tidy common areas, especially playrooms and kitchens, after morning activities.
- Support the mother with various household tasks as needed, such as light laundry, organizing, and running local errands.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and provide supervision as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for children and the family.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with the mother regarding daily progress and any concerns.
