Key Responsibilities
- Observe live air traffic control operations in various sectors (Tower, Terminal, Area Control Centre).
- Learn about air traffic management systems, procedures, and regulations.
- Attend briefings and debriefings with Air Traffic Controllers.
- Document observations and insights into daily ATC operations.
- Participate in educational sessions on aviation safety and communication protocols.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in an aviation-related program or post-secondary education.
- Strong interest in aviation and air traffic control.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.
