Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our friendly team in Mansfield. This is a part-time and casual role, perfect for individuals looking for flexible hours and the opportunity to earn weekly pay. As Bar Staff, you will be the face of our pub, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and enjoys their visit. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, so previous experience is a bonus but not essential – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards behind the bar and in public areas
- Restock bar supplies and assist with cellar management as required
- Engage with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Adhere to all licensing laws and company policies, including responsible service of alcohol
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
