Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated EA Games Professional to join our remote team. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of player satisfaction and operational excellence across a variety of Electronic Arts titles. You will serve as a key point of contact for players, assisting with technical issues, game inquiries, and community engagement, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our global player base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional player support and community engagement across multiple EA game titles.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, account problems, and gameplay queries via various communication channels (chat, email, forums).
  • Gather and relay player feedback to relevant development and product teams to aid in continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with all new EA game releases, updates, and community trends.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to specialized teams, ensuring timely resolution and player satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve player experience and streamline support processes.

Required Skills

  • A deep passion for video games, especially Electronic Arts titles, and the gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, ideally within a gaming or tech environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and gaming platforms (PC, console, mobile).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and new game releases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, IT, Game Design).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
  • Familiarity with online gaming communities and forum moderation.
  • Prior experience working in the video game development or publishing industry.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
