Job Description
Join Allied Universal as a Part-time Mobile Patrol Guard, specifically for weekend driving shifts. This role is perfect for individuals seeking to start a career in security, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will be responsible for patrolling assigned client properties in a company vehicle, ensuring the security and safety of premises, personnel, and assets. Your keen observational skills and ability to report incidents effectively will be crucial. This position requires a commitment to working primarily on weekends and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of client properties on an assigned route using a company vehicle.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized persons, or safety hazards.
- Respond to alarms and incidents as directed, following established procedures.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe environment.
- Enforce client policies and procedures on the premises.
- Assist clients and visitors with directions and information as needed.
- Operate security equipment such as two-way radios and mobile devices.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Excellent observation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing and communication.
- Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of all company-required training and licensing.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service experience.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
