Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Security Marshalls. This entry-level position is perfect for those eager to learn, contribute to a safe environment, and develop valuable professional skills. You will work under direct supervision, assisting with various security tasks, observing premises, and reporting incidents, all while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, ensuring a visible security presence.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or policy violations.
- Assist in monitoring access points and verifying credentials when required.
- Maintain clear and concise daily logs and incident reports.
- Respond to non-emergency calls for assistance and direct individuals as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- A strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Basic literacy skills to read and write reports.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
