Job Description

O’Charley’s Restaurant + Bar in Bloomington is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Weekend Waitstaff to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays).
