Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Pharmacy Clerk to join our team in Centretown, Ottawa. This is a stable, full-time position offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and comprehensive health benefits. The Pharmacy Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process prescription drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, monitoring expiration dates, and assisting with orders
  • Handle cash and card transactions, operate point-of-sale systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workstation and waiting area
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with non-medical tasks as needed
  • Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
