Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough Fast Food Porter to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of our restaurant, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both our customers and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and cleaning restrooms.
- Sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and dining areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal according to company guidelines.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the exterior premises, including parking lots and entrance areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe application.
