Job Description

Join IBM as a Voice System Training Assistant, focusing on the crucial task of recording and reviewing audio data to enhance our advanced voice systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and report discrepancies or issues within recorded data or voice system outputs.
  • Collaborate with a team of linguists, engineers, and data scientists to ensure data quality.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistent quality standards across all tasks.
  • Manage and organize audio files and data sets efficiently.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools and processes to optimize workflow.
