Arc Hospitality Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Event Stewards/Ushers to join our team for various events across Newquay. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist event attendees, directing them to their seats or desired locations.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding event schedules, facilities, and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, adhering to venue policies.
  • Assist with crowd management and queue control to ensure smooth entry and exit.
  • Handle minor guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and event organizers to ensure successful event operations.
  • Uphold a high standard of presentation and professionalism at all times.
