Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aesthetics Nurse (RN) with a strong focus on Botox and dermal filler injections to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to thrive in a high-commission structure, leveraging their expertise to deliver outstanding results and build lasting patient relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of facial anatomy, an artistic eye, and a commitment to patient education and safety. You will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations, assessing aesthetic concerns and developing personalized treatment plans focused on Botox and dermal fillers.
- Administer injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) safely and effectively, adhering to all protocols and best practices.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and complementary aesthetic services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment logs, consent forms, and photographic documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile and organized treatment environment.
- Collaborate with other aesthetic professionals and physicians to optimize patient outcomes and clinic flow.
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic atmosphere, providing exceptional patient experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and commission goals through excellent service and patient retention.
Required Skills
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 18 months specifically in medical aesthetics, focused on injectables (Botox, fillers).
- Demonstrated expertise in facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques.
- Strong artistic eye and ability to deliver natural-looking aesthetic results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Certification in Aesthetic Nursing (e.g., CANS).
- Experience with a variety of aesthetic devices and treatments beyond injectables (e.g., lasers, microneedling).
- Established client base or strong potential for client acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or commission targets in an aesthetic setting.
