Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and the entertainment industry? VMLY&R is looking for a Junior Netflix Marketer with a strong focus on digital performance to join our dynamic team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for our client, Netflix. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, display networks) for Netflix.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy.
- Support the management of ad budgets and track expenditure to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for new campaign initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media.
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry, particularly streaming services like Netflix.
